As I see it, responsibility is a valued quality that we all should keep. On the one hand, being willing to take responsibility gives us an opportunity to show ourselves. For instance, employees who step forward to take charge of a project in a company are considered motivated and active. They are more likely to get promoted and be respected by their colleagues. On the other hand, daring to undertake responsibility after we make a mistake sends a positive message to people around us, telling them that we are honest. We can finally earn their trust and respect. In short, taking responsibility shows that we are strong, driven, honest and decent. Sneaking out of it only shows that we are a coward. Therefore, we should try to be responsible persons.
