答案
Donation is a charitable act to benefit the most disadvantaged and it is a generous offer to those in need. Sadly, sometimes, the donated money and goods are embezzled or taken by the charity organizations. And thus I think it is wise to adopt a third-party organization to audit the donation and publish the results periodically. First of all, the involvement of a third-party organization will ensure the impartiality of the charity foundation. People are worried about the whereabouts of their donation, because there is no watchdog to monitor the charity foundation. Once an impartial auditor is in the picture, a check-and-balance system will be established. Secondly, publishing the auditing results will guarantee the transparency, which in turn will lead to the increased accountability of the operation. When the results are made accessible to the donors, every penny must be accounted for. In conclusion, by obliging a third-party auditor to periodically review and release the whereabouts of the donation, more and more people are willing to make donations because they are assured that every penny really counts.
