问题    A basketball match is to be held between your university team and the Cambridge University Team tomorrow. However, the matter can not come as scheduled. Suppose you are a member of the Sports Committee of university, please write an announcement of sports delay to:
   (1)announce the delay of the basketball match,
   (2)state the reason for the delay, and
   (3)announce the new date and venue of the match.
   You should write approximately 100 words. Do not sign your own name at the end of the announcement. Use "Sports Committee" instead.
