What type of facility was recently built?

Good evening. You’re tuned in to WXRH, the most reliabe news source in San Francisco. Today, Mayor Greenburg annouced the completion of a new recreation center. The facility was built on the once-empty lot along Murdoch Boulevard. Called Lucky Strike Place, it features 40 bowling lanes, a billiards hall, and a venue for hosting private and corporate events. Lucky Strike Place will be accessible to the public on November 11. Famous bowler David Hartman has been asked to lead the inaugural festivities.
