Being able to talk at two hundred words per minute does not mean that you must talk at that speed, but it does allow you to when you want to. If you do then the people you’re talking with may too! Native speakers of a language can use longer sentences with more complex vocabulary and precise word use when they speak slowly and tend towards short, basic vocabulary, simple grammar and present tense when they speak faster.
