While enormous stress may have the potential to adversely affect people’s health, a certain degree of pressure would benefit us by acting as a source of motivation. Under pressure, we can bring out our potential to the best in order to meet the challenge. To make the best of pressure, we should think positively in the first place. As pressure is largely inevitable, it is pointless to be excessively worried about the harsh situation. On the contrary, it would be of great help to maintain a healthy lifestyle and thus mitigate pressure. In conclusion, we need pressure and challenge to be motivated.
