As we gave the current shift of nurses their boxes of chocolates, they【C11】______offered some to me before taking some themselves.
   There were smiles all around. Witnessing the old lady’ s kindness and getting the opportunity to spend time with someone who got so much joy from life were a【C12】______in itself.
