By the help of cyber - police, it is hard to count how much hage directly or indirectly’ is saved. What is more, its usage is not restrained in this aspect, it can also be used to filter information unwelcome. With the expanding of the Internet, more and more subscribers are connected to it, which include common citizes, business enterprises, and other services. Too often our email boxes or stations are jammed with all kinds of advertisements or other messages reminders. Due to cyber-polices’s function of filtering, we can relief from searching for useful information in the forest - like information. And sometimes cyber - police are also to be available to recover the data damaged by viruses or mistake operations. But there is a problem with the appearance of cyber - police in cyber space.
