Once they are printed, they need to be stuffed in envelopes with a return envelope, stamped, and placed in the outgoing mail bin. When the bin is full, it is delivered to shipping and receiving for pick-up. The bin should be there before 11 when the mail delivery person arrives. He will bring in today’s mail. It needs to be sorted and placed in the appropriate mail slot. The mail room is next to the cafeteria.
