Introduction
currently, Julius Baer provids several training centers. The main center is located in the head office facility in Zurich. Around 5 small training centers abroad are in place in order to adapt their training programms according to local needs. Every center is headed by a local Manager reporting directly to the Managing Director in Zurich.
Strengths of the training provided
During the last 5 years a very professional training department has been established. As a result of high investments, many programms has been launched or are still in planning. In this case, it will not only save the energy of our own staff but also guarantee the quality of the training. Conclusion: The training has successfully increased the profits of our company, although it has its own shortcoming. Chances are for the improvements as long as the company take the suggestions mentioned above.
