May I please have everyone’s attention? As you all probably know, our accounting office was supposed to be painted tomorrow, but the painting is being delayed. The painters are still working on the library area on the 5th floor and they don’t expect to get to us until Thursday. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but it looks like we’ II be able to keep working here until then. Remember, before you leave the office on Wednesday, make sure that you have your offices ready to be painted on Thursday. Cover your computers and also store all your files and paper on your desk.
