In the first place, qualification is the basic item for recruitment. Certificates and diplomas do not stand for your entire qualification. Incompetent masters and doctors graduated from highly praised universities can be everywhere. We just cannot depend on them to make a profit for the company. By contrast, interviewees with practical experience would bring us more benefits. Besides, professional experience is another indispensable item for decision. It might sound curious but I’d really like to give the job-hoppers a chance to demonstrate their capabilities. Those so-called loyal staffs who stick to one particular company as long as possible seem to be afraid of unfamiliar working environment. Furthermore, Personality is very important for the further development. Everyone has a unique personality, which is a welcome phenomenon. If a group of staff members are similar in their personalities, a lot of internal conflicts could be saved. But there’s also a problem to worry. This unit might become a stagnant working place without vitality in the long run. I choose topic B — what is important when dealing with consumer’s inquiry. With respect to this topic, I think three items should be cared. For the first place, the basic product knowledge is the foundation for the inquiry. Only we master the necessary product knowledge we can understand consumer’s questions and difficulties. And then we can give them correct answer and solve their problems. Next, attitude is needed for consumers’ inquiry. From consumers’ aspect, inquiry is their own right. Good attitude is dispensable for keeping your consumers. And if we have something wrong with the product, attitude can help us comfort consumers. In the end, after-service is the real guarantee for consumers. With good after-service, the consumers can enjoy their deserved benefits and their can be solved completely. High after-service quality will reduce the number of problems. When their problem is solved in time, they will not hesitate purchase your product again. So with good after-service, although we may have some problem, we also keep our old consumers.
