It is true that the mobile phone has lots of benefits, but the chief disadvantages are as follows. People using a mobile phone usually have to pay a big phone bill every month; noisy ringing and loud speaking often interrupt other’s work. From what has been discussed above, we can draw the conclusion that it is advisable to turn off the mobile phone on the following occasions: learning in the classroom, attending a conference, and seeing a movie in the cinema.
