The essence of thrift should not be underestimated at any cost. The habit of saving should be practiced not only by students it should be practiced by all. Whatever little the income of an individual may be, he should try to save a portion of it to employ it at the time of his dire need or during calamity. Every student in schools and colleges is provided with some pocket money to meet his small expenses. I am provided the pocket money by my elder brother. Though the amount is meager, it helps me very often to buy something of great use.
