    I would like you to all look at the bar chart for the last financial year. As you can see, turnover, sales and profits all fell slightly last year due to the difficult market conditions in this sector after September 11th. Although profits decreased more than we had expected, market share was affected by growth in our main competitor’s expansion and went down by 1. 7 percent. Well, we think that inflation has affected consumer confidence and this, combined with rising unemployment, will mean our figures remain the same again this year. The good news is that the usually weak first quarter of this year was a slight improvement on the same period last year, mainly due to the increase in the marketing budget.
