We, as university students, should take the wise use of paper and second-hand textbooks into consideration. What’s more, the public participation is the foundation of a society in which to practise economy is advocated and treasured. Since social environment is shaped by the general public, the cultivation of economy-practising society depends on the active involvement of every member of our society, be he old or young.
