        Much to my regret, I write this letter to complain about your company’s bad delivery service.The laptop （model number; AA/585）which I ordered from your company on Jan.1 arrived yesterday.I am sorry to report that the laptop has been badly damaged.There was no unusual damage to the packing case, but when I opened it, I found that the front surface of the machine had been scratched.
