Equal access to education is a target for our country’s education policies, which aims at ensuring an equal opportunity for all to receive education of equal quality. But in reality, with differences in teaching buildings, school environment, equipment and teachers’ quality of the public schools, education equality problem comes to be sharp and the gaps of the education are big. How to bridge the gaps between schools of mountainous and urban areas?
