The bill, a【C7】______between the House and the Senate versions, would allow the state to decide how much to spend on Medicaid each year,【C8】______in the profits of managed-care companies if they exceed 5 percent and punish networks that【C9】______contracts. Patients would be charged $10 monthly premiums and $100【C12】______they showed up at the emergency room with a non-emergency. 【C9】
选项
A、commit
B、violate
C、offend
D、oppose
答案
B
解析
跟后面宾语contract(合同)搭配的只能是violate,和前面的punish相呼应,即惩罚的应该是有违反合同的网点。故选B项violate“违反”。
