My name is Ethel Montgomery. My daughter purchased this Comfort Level E Bed for me last month, and I’m afraid that I do not find it comfortable. I prefer firm mattresses, but even the firmest setting is not as good as my old bed.
I understand that you have a 90-day money back guarantee. I know my daughter spent a lot of money on this adjustable bed, and since I am not comfortable on it, I would like to return it so she can get her money back.
I’ve had my old bed for 10 years, and it’s the best bed that I’ve ever owned. There’s nothing fancy about it, it’s just a good bed.
