    Your application is the first contact you will have with an employer. The employer will use it to decide if you are suitable for the job and if he would like to give you an interview.
    It is very important to prepare your application with great care. Make it look good and make sure all the information is clear and easy to read. It is better printed with the A4 paper.
    The Application Letter
    There are many ways you can write a letter for a job. Remember, your address, phone number and the date must be in the letter.

    . Close your letter by stating how suitable you are for the job.
    If starting with Sir/Madam, the letter always ends with "Yours faithfully". If starting with a person’s name, it always ends with "Yours sincerely".
