Steve: It’s true. IT is my weakest area.
Jim: So, what do you know about the job?
Steve: I don’t know anything about the job. What should I know?
Jim: Firstly, you should be familiar with how much profit the company made. Then you may know how big their market share and their main competitors. Besides, you should also know about their after-sales policy, their customer care programme. Lastly, their main product should be paid attention.
Steve: Oh, my God. I’m so stupid.
