Look no further than psychology. The first shot we can say is the vanity. In most cases, big names equal high prices. The big names now are a symbol, an index of high social status and financial power, serving as a social approval and a chance to show off. They are reluctant to be thought less. It is such a delicate change in the homebuyers, such a love knot and yearn that is cashed in on by the real estate project. This phenomenon comes from an inclination to western culture and has made cities lose their own characteristics. It’s sad to see the native features fading. With little cultural essence and customized quality, the value is doubtful. It is important for the development to adopt suitable design and qualified construction.
