With a long history, tea has become an essential part of Chinese daily life and a unique tea culture has come into being. In China, people, old or young, all like drinking tea in the morning or in the afternoon. In Guangdong and Fujian, drinking tea is the best way to communicate with others and many important things, such as agreements, and contracts are decided at the tea table. The elderly can enjoy themselves for several hours with just a kettle of tea. The fragrance of tea helps one to forget trouble and enter a miraculous state. It is a mental refreshment to see the yellow and limpid tea and smell its delicate fragrance. The first sip may taste slightly bitter, but after a while the sweetness of the tea can be savored. Because of the bitterness, many foreigners do not like Chinese tea. It is such a pity that they cannot enjoy our favorite drink. In China, Wulong, Biluochun and Longjin are famous brands, and could be presented as special gifts to friends. In the country, young people love to drink tea and tea has become a symbol of Chinese drinking in the world. Since tea could bring so much pleasure to people, one might confidently say that tea will be popular all around the world one day.
