Where are the two speakers?

M: There’ s a lot of traffic in the street. Is this the shopping district?
W: Yes, it is. There’re many shopping malls, office buildings, and also theatres near here.
M: What’ s that building on the right?
W: Oh, that building is a department store. It sells clothes, furniture and food, almost everything.
M: Really? It’ s wonderful. That means I can save a lot of time since I can buy what I want all within the same building.
W: What do you want to buy?
M: I need some clothes.
W: Then you should go to Lincoln Street. There’ re a lot of men’ s clothing stores.
M: OK, I see. I’ 11 go there as soon as I get time. Look, that’ s a beautiful theatre.
W: Yeah, and tonight there’ s a new play. And the building next to the theatre is a hotel.
M: Is that a post office across the street?
W: That one? No, it’s the City Hall. The post office is at the end of the street on the right.
