Dear Culinary enthusiast,
As you are no doubt aware, we are holding our Asian cooking experience day at the Sheraton Center Hotel in Toronto this year. We have a lot of interest in this event, and nearly half of the tickets have already been sold. Thank you for your continued support.
I am writing to inform you of a number of changes made to the schedule of this event. Mr. William Sanders is no longer able to give his workshop "A Guide to Asian Flavors and Spices" as he has to leave the country to tend to some urgent business. Therefore, his esteemed colleague, Ms. Margaret Hatcher, will lead the workshop in his place. Secondly, due to a booking conflict at the hotel, Ms. Kim’s event and Ms. Witherspoon’s movie have now switched places on the schedule. So, to clarify, the Korean and Chinese food class will take place at 3 P. M. , and the movie will be shown at 5 P. M.
Lastly, due to an increase in the prices of ingredients, the caterers have felt the need to raise the cost of the dinner at the end of the day. It is now priced at $50 per person.
There are still 40 spots available for new customers to register. If you have not done so already and would like to, please call my secretary at (510) 282-4740. We hope to see as many of you as possible on October 9 for what will be a fantastic day.
