To whom it may concern,
I received all the products I ordered, but instead of 14" cheesecake pans, I got 10" ones. Unfortunately, I needed pans of the correct size to complete a job for a loyal and important client. In order to make the deadline, I was forced to take time away from my busy schedule, and pay substantially higher, to get the pans from another store. Needless to say, I am very disappointed, especially after I’d heard so many good things about you from my business partner. Since I have no use for 10" pans, I am sending them back to you this week in exchange for a full refund. In addition, I feel it is right to ask that you also reimburse me for the difference in price that I had to pay for the 14" ones. I hope to hear from you soon about this matter.
