答案 Dear Customer Service, My name is Li Ming and I am a customer of your travel agency. I’ m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service of your travel agency during my recent travel. First of all, during the trip the tour guide took us to many different places to go shopping, which took us too much money and time. In addition, most of us thought that the guide was not professional enough because he knew little about the scenic spots. What was worse, the food that was served to us was of poor quality and the accommodation conditions were rather awful. At last, the transportation was not convenient at all, which wasted us a lot of time. I hope that you can take all the above into consideration and make up for our losses.
