   The participants in the 10-day class included 65 general managers, managerial personnel and technicians from 17 enterprises.
   According to the memorandum, Motorola will train personnel from 1,000 enterprises over a five-year period. It also includes high-level training for selected personnel and assistance in financing for some enterprises in equipment innovation (革新).
   Motorola hopes to promote advanced business management skills through the project, and train sales people for its projects.
