Besides, the expense on meeting would inevitably lower the amount of money that goes to the employees. In my view, the advantages of holding the annual meeting outweigh its disadvantages. The conference gives colleagues valuable chances to get a further understanding of each other. Moreover, a good annual meeting can help create a sense of belonging in the heart of the staff.
