The heavy ranges this month have caused flooding throughout the region. In Woodsville last night, the green river overflowed its banks, sending water, rushing through the main streets of the town. Streets are still under water this morning. And most of the downtown area has been closed off by the police. People are asked to stay away from downtown until the streets have been reopened. Local flooding and mud slides have caused hazardous driving conditions throughout the area.
