How can light and bright color influence people?

Every color has a meaning. We have said that red is lovable. A red dress brings warmth and cheer to the saddest winter days. Color influences our moods. A yellow room makes most people feel more relaxed than a dark green one; light and bright colors make people not only happier but also more active. On the other hand, black makes people sad. A lot of people used to kill themselves on the black bridge over the Thames River. After the bridge was repainted green the number of suicide attempts fell sharply. If it had been painted in pink it would fall even more because pink is romantic.
