A Doing a presentation is more or less the same that you are selling something to others. You need to cater for their taste and knowledge. The amount and type of detail you include to support your arguments should be influenced by your audience’s knowledge level. Also, you need to find their favorite way to accept things. Thus, finding out about the audience is very important as the first step. The more you know about your audience, the better you can adapt your message to them. Researching the topic means choose the topic that is most interesting to your audience and that answers the questions your audience will have. Based on the information you got on your audience, you could develop an interesting topic. B Having better employees is not only good for the company, but also good for the customer. It’s the service that causes product and company differentiation. One of the best ways companies can effectively accomplish this is through their employees because they are the customer contact point. That is why employees are now being trained. By inviting some experts to train the staff, it will improve staff’s friendliness, the speed of service and learn to deal with customer complaints. Customer insight is vital to any business. Responsive companies measure customer satisfaction directly through periodic survey. A high positive word of mouth score indicates that the company is producing high customer satisfaction. Besides, by obtaining feedback from customers, the company will know-how the business has met customer expectations. C Teamwork is cooperative effort by members of a team to achieve a common goal. Generally, it is the people—the team leader and all team members—that get things done and approach successfully. Thus, the most important thing is to unite them effectively, and motivate their potentials. Once a project actually starts, it’s necessary to monitor progress to ensure that everything is going in the right direction. Get a practical schedule at the beginning, and compare the real progress to it on timely and regular basis. Then, respond to the unexpected changes and adjust the schedule as soon as possible. In this way, the team could approach success.
