The result is that you can do something better and then gain something at the same time. Because of your good performance your salary will be raised. Since you have gained more experience and more knowledge you will have more chances to find better job and higher position. Thus, moving yourself from one job to another is not bad at all. On the contrary, it is good in several ways, especially for young people.
