However，it also cast its shadow on our road—it made it possible for talented people to transfer from one work unit to another，some even have gone abroad， which we call the brain drain．It is true that justified migration of gifted people is an inevitable international trend，but the brain drain does do a great deal of harm to developing countries．The same holds true with China． As for the best way to plug the brain drain，the picture，I think，can still help a lot． Now suppose we hold one light，or two lights，or ten to the shadow—What will happen then?
