Fortunately, most people nowadays become more and more aware of the vital importance of good health in leading a happy life. Actually, a healthy man can always be energetic and enjoy more. So instead of watching TV at home, a lot of people spend much of their spare time taking exercise to stay healthy. Good health is the best wealth. Only with a sound body may you get a chance to enjoy the better life provided by your wealth because health ensures wealth but not vice versa.
