How long is the product repaired without being charged?

W: The warranty form stated that as long as the product was registered within a week of purchasing it, it would be serviced free of charge for one year.
M: But the purchase was made a little more than two years ago. How much extra charge for the service do I have to bear to fix this computer?
W: We charge a standard fee of twenty dollars just to diagnose your computer. And you’ll have to pay an extra fifteen to fifty dollars depending upon the problem.
