For one thing, the qualification of the students can not be guaranteed. For the other, it will lead to a higher rate of unemployment after years of rapid expansion, which will be a serious social problem. From my point of view, this measure has brought with an equal chance for the people to be educated, yet has also led to the possibility of a heavy burden for our society and waste of money.
