答案 A Complain Letter (3) Dear Sir/ Madam, As a regular customer of your shop, I have enjoyed shopping in your store. But recently something happened in your store annoyed me. I am writing to complain the service in your shop. The main problem involves the cashier’s attitude. To tell you the truth, for the first time, I cared about it less. However, earlier today it happened again. This morning I purchased several things totaling ¥8.40 and handed a ¥20 bill to a thin, dark-haired girl wearing a name tag which reads Li Li. She rang up the sale and handed me ¥ 1. 60 in change. I immediately pointed out that I had given her a ¥20 bill, not a ten. To make matters worse, as she handed over the rest of my change she muttered: "Everyone makes Mistakes." If this is not the last time, I will avoid shopping in your store as long as she remains behind the cash register. This kind of deeds brings loss to your customers, which, though not large in sum of money, may greatly damage the reputation of your shop.
