Even people without much money still participate in donation activity. It is good news to the poor, the disabled and those from the disaster-struck areas. The picture reminds us that in China, due to the unbalanced distribution of natural resources, a large portion of people still live in poverty. Many children become dropouts simply because they cannot afford tuition. Moreover, there are areas which are occasionally attacked by natural disasters, and thus local people often get into terrible predicaments. In addition, we should not forget there are many disabled people who are in great need of help from society. It is a good way to express love by contributing money and other necessities to people who are in urgent need. To some extent, it reflects an individual’ s sense of social responsibility. Therefore, I strongly appeal that everybody offer a hand to others. I am sure our society will be more beautiful with our love and contribution.
