How long is the above training session?

Welcome to today’s caf training session. This will be the first of 4 days of training. Today you will be learning how to make coffee. I realize that many of you already make coffee, probably at home or for your friends, but serving coffee in a caf can be quite different. Many factors can affect the quality of a cup of coffee. The two most obvious are the quality of the coffee and the quality of the water. Now, I would like you to look at the table in front of you. Here we have 5 different kinds of coffee, all with different tastes. With a partner, I would like you to try each one and try to describe them. Write the answers on the paper in front of you and then we’ll talk about them together. You may begin.
