答案 Recently rolling black-outs have been a hot topic, because they not only bring considerable inconvenience to people’s daily life, but also cast a huge negative effect on the development of urban economy. There are several reasons for power failure. First, the rapid developing industry has put tremendous pressure on power supply. Then, the ever-increasing population is another demand for electricity. Besides, summers in recent years become much hotter, so most working places and households arc air-conditioned , which consumes additional electricity. It is no easy task to solve this problem, but some measures may be very helpful. In the first place, cities lacking in electricity may ask for help from western areas of China, for there is surplus of electricity supply there. Then, when we have electricity, we should remember to save it. Set your air-conditioners at 27℃ and you won’t feel less comfortable than when they are at 26℃. Last but not least, factories can shift their working hours to avoid the peak time of electricity consuming.
