Digital Books and Printed Books (1)Admittedly, the increasingly developed technology does change our life, such as reading on digital books rather than printed books.(2)It is a trend that students will use digital books instead of paper-based books in the future. (3)Digital books provide more information than traditional books.(4)Previously, we spend much more time on finding books we need one by one. But nowadays, what we need is simply to type in some keywords, click mouse, and download it. Then all the relevant and updated information will come up.(5)Besides, digital or online books are more environmentally friendly, accounting for a considerably less percentage of the costs of paper, printing and transportation.(6)In contrast, the production of printed books needs wood, which causes negative impacts on the environment and decreases the sustainable development. Consequently, some environment problems such as global warming and the mass destruction of forest are caused. (7)To summarize, digital books is a much better learning tool than printed books because it can provide more information and protect environment.
